We arrange the air travel through our dedicated travel agency and organise local agency backup for our Expeditors plus any necessary visa applications. Once we are aware of the voyage orders and agency details, we are able to take over the logistics of the assignment by:

1. Arranging all air flights and source our tickets using our dedicated travel agency, utilising the option of seamen air tickets saving in airfare cost.
2. Sourcing visas through our London and / or Rome visa agencies.
3. Contacting the local shipping agencies directly to inform them of our Expeditor's arrival and passport details plus any additional operations request we may have.
